OPTION 3: Twelve (12) equal payments start 7/5/22 through 6/5/23

I have read and agree to the terms set forth in Walnut Grove Christian School's Statement of Financial Commitment (Click to view). I hereby reenroll my student(s) for the 2022-23 school year and agree to comply with all financial policies of WGCS. I understand this is a binding agreement with WGCS. In choosing to decline reenrollment of my student(s) for the 2022-23 school year, I understand that their open spot will be made available to new students immediately upon submission of this form.
