Spring at WGCS brings more than blooming flowers and warmer days—it marks the beginning of the final stretch of the school year, a season full of momentum, reflection, and purpose.
This time of year is often a whirlwind: end-of-year projects, athletic seasons wrapping up, art exhibits, AP exams, and planning for what’s next. But in the midst of all the movement, we’re reminded of why we do what we do—and how far we’ve come together.
Just a few weeks ago, we gathered as a school family for our Forward Together Packing Event. That day was filled with joy, energy, and purpose as students helped pack 10,000 meals for families in need—an act of service that reached beyond our campus into the broader community. This powerful moment served as a living expression of our school’s Four Pillars in action:
- Faith — seeing students live out the love of Christ through service
- Relationships — coming together across grades and roles for a shared mission
- Academics — engaging students in global awareness and real-world impact
- Schedule — making time for what truly matters
Now, with the school year’s finish line in sight, we continue to run the race with perseverance and hope. Whether your child is mastering new math concepts, prepping for end-of-year exams, participating in spring sports, or leading chapel worship, we see the growth, grit, and grace that defines life at the Grove.
This season isn’t just about checking off milestones—it’s about finishing strong. It’s about stewarding what God has entrusted to us and making the most of every opportunity to learn, grow, and serve.
So as we round this final corner, thank you for running alongside us. Your partnership, encouragement, and prayers mean the world. Let’s finish the year with the same unity and purpose that carried us through that meal-packing event—forward together, stronger than ever.
