Please be aware that the weekly dated information in Warrior Weekly should be accessed through our CALENDAR. Below is the information that remains consistent throughout the school year.
»WGCS Spirit Rock
Celebrate your student’s birthday, accomplishment, or special occasion by reserving the WGCS Spirit Rock! Your design or special message will remain on the ROCK from Sunday–Thursday, and you may paint it any day during your reserved time period. If the ROCK is not reserved after your scheduled dates, your design or message may remain until another family, or event reserves the ROCK and creates a new design.
A few painting reminders: Please do not use stickers, glitter, puffy paint, oil-based paints, or other materials that make the ROCK difficult to paint over. We want to keep it easy for everyone to create something new!

»Medication & Allergy Forms for the 2026–2027 School Year
As allergy season quickly approaches, if your child suffers from seasonal allergies, please feel free to complete the Allergy & Medication Forms and send their allergy medication to be safely kept at the front desk. Having their medication on hand will help us be prepared should they need it during the school day. Please note: New forms must be completed each school year.

- Allergy Action Plan Form
To complete the required form(s):
- Log in to your FACTS Family Portal.
- Select School from the left-hand menu.
- Click Web Forms.
- Select Family/Student Forms.
- Choose the appropriate form.
- Complete the form and click Save.

CLICK HERE for app information and download instructions – Use this app for student absences, early dismissals, late arrivals, carpool changes and sports buses.
