However, I recognize that there may be various parties taking photos throughout the year. If my student inadvertently appears in a medium that I have not approved, I should reach out to the office to inform them, and the school will work to remove my student’s photo as appropriate. Additionally, I understand that a one-time, single photo of my student may be taken to distribute internally for the purpose of photographer identification of who to exclude. I further acknowledge that my student may be excluded from group photos due to the photography preference. WGCS teachers and staff will strive to ensure that no student feels left out in any photo, but they may have to ask my student not to participate in certain photographs if they are aware that those images will be shared in a format not approved by the family.
