Student Withdrawal Form | Walnut Grove Christian School

Parents must submit a Withdrawl Form to notify the school when withdrawing their student. Please refer to your WGCS Financial Commitment Agreement as to your tuition obligations.

Students must turn in all assignments and homework and comple all test 48 hours prior to withdrawl date. Contact your student’s teacher(s) to work out details.

Withdrawl Form should be submitted via FACTS SIS Family Portal

To complete the form, you should:

1. Log into your FACTS Family Portal.

2. Select SCHOOL on the left hand menu.

3. Select WEB FORMS.


5. Select desired form.

6. Complete the form and save.
