Student Withdrawal Form | Walnut Grove Christian School

Parents must submit this form to notify the school when withdrawing their student. Please refer to your WGCS Financial Commitment Agreement as to your tuition obligations.

Parents should be sure that their student has turned in all assignments and homework and completed all test 48 hours prior to withdrawl date. Contact your student’s teacher(s) to work out details.
