CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT

In addition to the tuition and fees mentioned above, WGCS requires a $850 Continuous Enrollment Fee each year per student to guarantee a place for the upcoming school year. This fee will be automatically charged on February 5 each year, unless families inform the school of their decision to withdraw for the following year. Notification must be submitted via the withdrawl form LINKED HERE by January 31.

  • Multi-child Discount: $400 Tuition Discount applied towards each additional student.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Annual FACTS Fee is paid to FACTS as follows: $30 for Annual Payment Plan or for Bi-Annual Payment Plan and $55 for Monthly Payment Plan
  • There are no additional monthly fees unless families use a credit card/debit card or opt for the peace of mind from FACTS Mgt.
  • FACTS credit card service fee is 2.95% per transaction and Peace of Mind is $22.50 per transaction but subject to change each year.

South Carolina’s Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program:

WGCS accepts ESTF payments exclusively for tuition. All enrollment fees and other charges must be paid directly by the family. Eligible families in South Carolina may apply for a scholarship. For the 2026-2027 school year, the awarded amount will be $7,634. 

While this is a positive development, currently the application for the 2026-2027 school year has been closed as the statutory student cap has been reached. Parents can still join the ESTF program waitlist by Registering HERE which will allow you receive updates on the application for the 2027-2028 school year.
